On May 20, 2011 the ACLU of Northern California sent a letter to the Drug Enforcement Administration clarifying the scope of the ACLU-NC's Jan. 4, 2011 Freedom of Information Act request regarding Import Declarations (DEA form 236.)   On May 23, 2011, the DEA responded to this letter and sent 4 pages of Import Declaration forms.
