2020 Voter Guide
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020, and the stakes could not be higher.
Voting is a fundamental right and a cornerstone of American government. Our democracy works best when all voices are represented, but some politicians still try to use voter suppression tactics to silence underrepresented communities. Don’t let them!
The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed deeply rooted racial and economic inequality. Police killings of Black and Brown people have sparked massive protests across the country, and a collective demand for social justice. It is critical that all eligible voters exercise their power.
If you're eligible to vote, be an ACLU voter. Vote all the way down the ballot for president, statewide elected officials, and propositions, as well as local officials and measures. Support new laws that will promote racial and social justice. Reject those that will turn back the clock.
